Terms of Service

By booking a service with Roadster Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment: Payment is due on-site at the time of service. We currently accept cash, Cash App, PayPal, and Venmo.

2. Vehicle Access & Location: Customers must provide a suitable parking area and reasonable access to the vehicle. Unless otherwise arranged, access to a water source and power outlet is required at the service address.

3. Booking & Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment whenever possible. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee or may affect future booking eligibility.

4. Pre-Existing Damage: Roadster Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including scratches, dents, stains, fading, cracked or damaged trim, loose parts, damaged electronics, peeling paint, or other existing conditions. Customers are encouraged to point out any areas of concern before service begins.

5. Vehicle Condition: Additional time and/or fees may apply to vehicles requiring significantly more work than a standard detail, including excessive mud, dirt, pet hair, stains, spills, excessive debris, or other unusually difficult conditions. Any additional charges will be communicated to the customer when possible before the additional work is performed.

6. Personal Belongings: Customers are responsible for removing valuables, personal belongings, and important items from the vehicle before service. Roadster Detailing is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

7. Hazardous Materials: Roadster Detailing reserves the right to refuse or stop service if a vehicle contains biohazards, bodily fluids, needles, dangerous chemicals, weapons, excessive mold, or other hazardous materials that may pose a health or safety risk.

8. Weather Conditions: Because Roadster Detailing is a mobile service, appointments may need to be rescheduled due to severe weather or conditions that prevent safe or proper completion of the service. Roadster Detailing will make reasonable efforts to communicate any weather-related changes as soon as possible.

9. Service Results: Detailing is intended to significantly improve the cleanliness and appearance of a vehicle. However, some stains, odors, scratches, paint imperfections, pet hair, and other conditions may be permanent or may require specialized services beyond the scope of a standard detail. Complete removal or restoration cannot be guaranteed.

10. Paint & Surface Condition: Roadster Detailing takes reasonable care when working on vehicle surfaces. However, extremely delicate, deteriorated, previously damaged, improperly repaired, or failing surfaces may not safely tolerate the detailing process. Roadster Detailing may decline certain services if performing them could reasonably cause further damage.

11. Customer Approval: By allowing Roadster Detailing to perform services on your vehicle, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the condition of the vehicle and agree to these terms.

12. Right to Refuse Service: Roadster Detailing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when conditions are unsafe, the vehicle is substantially different from the condition described during booking, required resources are unavailable, or the requested work falls outside the services offered.

13. Text Messages & Alerts: By providing your phone number, you consent to receive automated text messages and alerts from Roadster Detailing regarding appointments, booking updates, reminders, promotions, and other service-related communications. Message and data rates may apply.

14. Changes to Services & Pricing: Roadster Detailing reserves the right to update services, pricing, availability, and these Terms of Service as needed. The terms and pricing applicable to your appointment will be those communicated at the time of booking.

15. Acceptance of Terms: By booking an appointment or requesting services from Roadster Detailing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
